Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Marketing Executive & Copy Writer to support our international accounting firm in a period of growth and expansion to an online and digital accounting firm with headquarters in London, and a support office in Nairobi. Minimum Qualification: Bachelor Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 2 years Job Description/Requirements The successful candidate will be solely responsible for all aspects of marketing and copy writing. Applicants must therefore have direct experience in online marketing, enjoy the ability to work independently with excellent English written skills. Responsibilities • Work with the Spondoo Director and Accountants to produce an online knowledge centre and website support materials • Produce a high volume of written content for marketing site and social media accounts • Design, create and implement marketing strategies • Review and maintain online presence and SEO strategy Requirements • Proven experience in social media marketing, particularly LinkedIn and Facebook/Instagram • Independent thinking and initiative to create new marketing strategies • Understanding of Google, Facebooks and LinkedIn Ads • Creativity and ability to understand the UK accounting and finance sector and key drivers to acquire target customers • Ability to understand and consume complex topics with the financial sector • Excellent English writing and grammar skills • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • SEO experience • Customer service orientation and negotiation skills • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Desired but not required attributes • Experience using WordPress • An interest and knowledge in accounting and finance would be desirable
