We are a team of professionals, focused on fulfilling your expectations and achieving your optimum well-being.
With our specially designed CHALLENGE 33x10 program, our clients have managed to lose 10 kilos in one month and with our Pilates classes, they have avoided surgery for herniated discs, with only 2 hours a week of training. In addition, their fitness levels increase and they get the body they had only dreamed of, regardless of age or sporting history. Thanks to Gabriel and Sabrina’s ICI Training System, our clients recover mobility and rehabilitate muscles damaged through strokes, injuries or accidents. Together through sport and training, we fight against the physical and mental deterioration of time because we believe that the chronological age does not have to coincide with the metabolic one.
